C afé L e Torréfacteur offers you its homemade alcoholic drink recipe for the holidays! Finished the purchase of Bailey's already made, it's time to create YOUR recipe:

PREPARATION time : 5 minutes

Number of SERVES : 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 shot of Le Shortcut espresso
  • 2 tablespoons of Classic Choco
  • 2 table spoons of boiling water
  • 6 oz Canadian whiskey alcohol
  • 2 cups 10 % coffee cream
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pure almond extract

PREPARATION

STEP 1 ; brew your espresso coffee.

2ND STEP ; add 2 tablespoons of the Classic Choco and mix well until the hot chocolate is well diluted with the boiling water and the dose of espresso.

STEP 3; I ncorporate Canadian whiskey into your mix.

STEP 4; in a bowl, add the 10% coffee cream, coconut sugar , vanilla extract and pure almond extract.  To mix everything.

STEP 5;  serve on ice, or incorporate into your alcoholic flavored coffee.

*Note: Keep refrigerated until serving. Can be kept for 7 days in the refrigerator*
