Earl Gray Rooibos
Here is a gourmet combination that brings together green rooibos (non-oxidized), red rooibos and the classic element in the art of tea perfumery, bergamot. Create your favorite Earl Gray in a caffeine-free version.
A remarkable recall of pastries is deployed by the mixture of bergamot with notes of cereals and stewed cherries of rooibos. Added to this are the emollient qualities of calendula which give a super generous beverage.

Infusion: 1 tbsp. tea for 250 ml of hot water / 95°C / 3-4 minutes.
