Yuzu Shards Herbal Tea

Here is an invigorating herbal and fruit tea.

Eucalyptus provides a comforting and fresh high, mingling with the citrus flavors of Yuzu, Myrtle and Lemon Zest. The fruity persistence of the peach is reminiscent of the hot summer months.

The mixture would have antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties combined with the decongestant virtues of the essential oils of lemon and eucalyptus.

Ingredients: lemon zest*, lemon myrtle*, eucalyptus*, black pepper*, hawthorn*, blue pea flowers*, peach pieces*, Yuzu aroma.

Infusion: 1 tbsp. tea for 250 ml of hot water / 90°C / 4 minutes.
