Matcha Yume green tea 40g
This organic Matcha green tea from a spring harvest comes from Kirishima, in the Kagoshima prefecture, on the southernmost main island of Japan, Kyushu.
Before its emulsion, the fine powder reveals notes of milk chocolate. The creamy foam is very easy to obtain, which will appeal to both less experienced amateurs and connoisseurs.
The taste of the beverage begins with vegetable notes (endives) and ends with subtle tropical fruit flavors typical of the Yabukita cultivar.
Infusion: 1 tbsp. / 75°C / 100 ml
Add hot water and whisk vigorously until a fine foam is obtained
For iced matchas, dilute in 50 ml of hot water, whisk vigorously until a fine foam is obtained and add ice.
